A lot more fun than many Christmas releases is this latest from Britain's children's music minister. 'Christmas Carol Celebration' positively zings with Ish's masterly touch though because of the choice of trad carols, lacks his usual ability to pack more syllables into a line than any other singer on earth. Still, if you have kiddy winkers who have enjoyed one of Ish's praise parties you might want to invest in his rough and ready renditions of yuletide favourites.
