There is a smoothness to everything on this new live album by Don Moen that makes it so easy to listen to and worship with. Very well recorded with careful attention paid to the mixing, if it wasn't for the clapping at the end of some of the songs, you'd think this was a studio recording. The title track "Thank You Lord", is written by Moen and Paul Baloche and is instantly singable. Personally, I preferred "Creator King" which is full of descriptive poetry, a great song. This album offers you 14 - yes 14 - songs to "sing-to-heaven", Don's music is rich and polished with a piano-led base. There is nothing hugely dynamic about this album, but that is not to say that it is not good - it most certainly is! If you want a grown up album of meaningful, well presented songs, look no further.
