"Peace Like A River' is a beautiful song and has never been sung better, Manila's pure, sweet voice taking John Watson's folk-tinged melody while Marilla's version of 'All Heaven Declares" with a gentle acoustic guitar accompaniment is wistful and poignant and makes a heartening change to those enthusiastically noisy congregational versions heard on many praise albums. Marilla's voice sounds at times slightly country-tinged (what is it about Irish singers'), the gentle, sensitive accompaniments are just right and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for music to sooth-the-heart.
