This video chronicles Larry's concerts in Belfast from 1988-'95 and does a pretty good job of it. There is some excellent footage stylishly filmed and edited by Ulster Television of "Sweet Sweet Song Of Salvation", "Woman Of God", "666" and "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" in 1988. After that most of the footage is made from video cameras and so the quality dips although the audio quality remains consistently high throughout. The selection could possibly have been more adventurous. For example in 1991 Larry gave some devastating-ly good performances of material from his new album 'Stranded In Babylon' but here these are passed over in favour of a deliberately butchered version of "Moses In The Wilderness" and "If The Bombs Fall", which admittedly is given an added poignancy when sung in Belfast. In 1994 Larry returned to Belfast after being forced to cancel his 1993 farewell concert due to health reasons. Failing health confined him to performing seated on that occasion but 1995's visit sees him back on his feet again and performing with a band. The closing song "The Rock That Doesn't Roll" sees Larry back on television performing enthusiastically on the Kelly Show. Highlights include a killer impression of Van Morrison slotted in at the end of "Woman Of God" while Larry's merciless send up of his experience of Sunday school lessons preceding "Moses" is worth the admission price alone. A very pleasant watch and one which will be enjoyed by existing fans but for the 'unconverted' the 'Home At Last' video and 'On The Way To The Sky' are better places to begin.
