Desperate for more of God? Don't know how to get it? Longing to talk to Him more but don't know how? Or maybe you're wondering what is prayer anyway? Does it work? How do you do it? What do you pray about?

These short guides about prayer, we hope will take you closer to God and nearer Him in His throne room.

The Lord's Prayer: 8. For Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever
For Yours is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen (Matthew 6:13)

This part of the prayer shows us that it is all through and in God as we:

Give Him that Praise and Honour in acknowledging Him as Lord.

Pray God's Kingdom to come

Pray for His power to be at work through and in us.

Pray that He will use us for His Glory.

Make these song lyrics your prayer -

Its all about You Jesus and all this is for You, for Your glory and Your fame - its not about me, as if You should do things my way: You alone are God and I surrender to Your ways.

AMEN

Expand the guidelines to the Lord s Prayer - use this as a structure in your own prayer life and be blessed as you pray the prayer Jesus taught us!
