Following eight years of being in full time ministry with Elevation Worship during which she readily admits she experienced anxiety and burnout, the aptly-titled maiden solo release from South Carolina-based worship artist London Gatch charts her voyage from being, in her words, spiritually frozen to once again finding fulfilment in her walk with God. Kicking off with the epic title track which happens to feature a blink and miss it cameo from Bethel Music's Brandon Lake, this is a collection of intimate pieces which portray Gatch's recent faith journey with sincerity, realism and beauty. Gatch has one of those perfect modern worship voices and she knows exactly when to get up close and personal and when to notch things up a gear vocally and this - along with the calibre of the material on offer and a polished but never vanilla musical backdrop - makes for a very special first offering from an already experienced worship artist who has thankfully found fresh purpose as well as new stories to tell.
