You have probably seen the adverts for various chill out CDs recently. It seems that this is the latest marketing buzz phrase to assist you to part with your hard earned cash in return for relaxing, gentle music! However, before we get cynical, this album, as the sleeve says, provides "an oasis for the soul" using an excellent compilation of worship songs from Integrity's recent back catalogue. It is in fact the second in the Dwelling Place series. Contained are 13 songs from the pens of Martin Smith, Paul Smith and Don Moen amongst others (no details on artists though!), with the aim of pointing you towards Jesus rather than the stresses of the day. I, for one, was blessed.
