Tasty taster from Survivor. Nine nice tracks lovingly compiled, presented and all for 99p. All featured fall in line with Survivor's work ethic of introducing emerging worship leaders and bands. There are some standout tracks but most of the artists featured come up with good stuff. Rex Allchurch opens with a guitar-based song, "Through Everything" which is not immediately accessible but lodges in the right recess of the brain to become a familiar friend with further listens. There's also Vicky Beeching with her abrasive vocals (I'm not saying abrasive like it's a bad thing). Nick Herbert with his Clark Kent, mild mannered reporter from the Daily Planet vocals. Lex Brodie sings "Heaven Rejoices", female breathy vocals, nice steady groove. I'm sure this Australian has good things to offer in the future. Psalm Drummers take a track too, deep, pacing, not unlike the Asian Drumbelievable CD, which has been featured on Radio One recently, and Psalm Drummers are second to none. Standout track is Johnny Parks' "I Call On You", with feeling, dynamics the whole enchilada.
