This handsomely printed hardback rather stretches the definition of 'hymn'. For alongside many old favourites like Bennard's "The Old Rugged Cross", Wesley's "Love Divine, All Love Excelling" and Whittier's "Dear Lord And Father Of Mankind" we have a smattering of "modern" worship songs like Dave Bilborough's "Abba Father", Graham Kendrick's "The Servant King" and Sydney Carter's "One More Step Along The World I Go". Excellent, comprehensive indexes at the back are a plus as too is the clean, fresh design.
