There are a lot of these gospel compilations around but it has to be said that this is one of the better ones. Artists featured include the sinuously voiced gospel hitmaker Smokie Norful and Bishop Jakes' church choir The Potter's House Mass Choir. But it's the more R&B orientated tracks like the gem "Unexplainable" by Darwin Hobbs and the funky "Under Pressure" by DJ Maj Featuring Antonio which really get the pulse beat racing. If you are looking for a way in to the world of urban gospel, this 2004 release is worth investigating.
