This mid price 20 track compilation album gets off to a cracking start with Daniel O'Donnell's "Footsteps". Crystal Gayle then asks '"Would You Believe" before Charlie Landsborough tells us about "My Forever Friend". surely one of the classic gospel songs of our time'.' Dominie Kirwan chips in with "You Are The One"; Gloria then gives us her version of "One Day At A Time", but I have heard many better versions of this. "You'll Never Walk Alone" by Charley Pride is not outstanding. Mary Duff gives an outstanding version of "Amazing Grace". Mary duets with Daniel O'Donnell on "Whispering Hope". New song "Shine Your Light" was written and recorded by Charlie Landsborough. Another new song, "Michael" is performed by the delightful Mary Duff. Mick Flavin has a very strong and very country track, "The Little Mountain Church House". Daniel O' Donnell performs a stunning closer, the classic 'How Great Thou Art". 20 tracks for a tenner is very good value. Providing you don't already have a lot of these tracks on other albums.
