On slipping this into my computer my initial reaction was, "Wow this has got to be a great tool for any worship leader." The CD contains lyrics for 50 different songs (all of which are reasonably well known and fairly current) that can easily be copied onto acetates for use on the OHP. Along with this you get the guitar chords and the sheet music for those playing keyboard or other instruments. And just for good measure you can listen to every tune on your computer by clicking on the appropriate icon when you are looking at the sheet music. On the downside the CD needs Acrobat 6 or better to actually listen to the music and like, no doubt, many others I only had version 5 on my laptop which meant downloading an upgrade before I could use this to its full capacity. Indeed I did wonder why it was that Kingsway didn't include the songs as MP3 so they could be listened to more easily or downloaded onto an MP3 player. Even better still I thought why not go down the path that Vineyard so often do and release the songs as a normal CD and tag all the OHPs, guitar chords and sheet music on the end. Imagine then my surprise when I found that all the songs on here have indeed been released as a triple CD except without the additional stuff that is on this CD. I've no doubt worship leaders will still find this a real blessing and a great tool but personally I just don't see why you have to buy it twice to get the full package.
