Samplers come in all shapes, sizes and prices but this is one of the best, particularly if you're looking to find out what is happening on the UK grassroots hip-hop scene. Scorching cuts from The 29th Chapter, Watchman, GreenJade (with Prodigal Son) and LZ7 (Watchman and GreenJade get two tracks each) make this a hugely enjoyable compilation. And it only costs £1.00, folks! The R&B cut from BlushUK is a little out of place amongst all the rapping but this is still an essential purchase if you haven't got the source albums already.
