Are you one of those people who looks at 'Now that's.....' compilations in the shops and thinks "not bad, but I wouldn't include half this lot"? well, I am, so I approached this collection in fear and trepidation. I needn't have worried, however, as this is a blinding montage of the finest of American worship music of the last 10 years. Amy Grant kicks off with "That's What Love Is For", a finely crafted ballad, but it gets much better than this! Jaci Velasquez' world wide hit "Lost Without You" is as outstanding as it has been on MTV and the up-and-coming Nichole Nordeman tops the lot with a haunting song about making a difference in this world with a self-penned belter: 'Legacy' is poignant, beautifully developed and challenging to anyone about their place in the world. Joy Williams rivals Whitney in her heyday with the barnstorming "Every Moment", exploring the mystery of time, and Rebecca St James joins the party with the impeccable "I Thank You". Now this is what I call the finest compilation in a very long time.
