Directed by Steve Taylor as he takes you behind the scenes for the American See Spot Rock tour featuring OC Supertones, Relient K, Pillar, John Reuben and Sanctus Real as they battle snowstorms, boredom and being locked in the bathroom to take their tour across America. Hilariously shot by Taylor, you get a mixture of onstage footage, behind the scenes interviews with all the artists and laugh out loud craziness as Taylor and Spot The Dog deliver what has to be one of the best Christian rock CDs. Fast paced editing takes you into the foyer to meet the fans and into the dressing room to discover that your favourite rock band might not be very good when it comes to personal hygiene. I won't give away too much but John Reuben turns out to be the surprising star of the DVD. Interestingly he even confesses that the average audience member has probably been dragged to the show by an over zealous youth pastor trying to persuade him "that Relient K are as good as Blink 182 and that I am as good as Eminem." Alongside the main documentary there are videos from each band and a spoof documentary on the history of Steve Taylor's career. It is all excellent stuff.
