This is a musical drama on the theme of the End Times and you only have to look around you to see such a musical has a relevance to our age. The last performance of Shake The Nations was at the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool and it is about to be produced by Kensington Temple. The musical pieces are all performed with tremendous aplomb by a small choir (unfortunately uncredited on the tape) and most of the music is in heart lifting, inspirational style so loved by our American cousins. But it's not all trained voices and theatrical arrangements, there's also a funky rap (love that hook "There's a maggot in the apple"). I'm sure this tape will appeal to those who've seen the show.
