This is a good value compilation by Integrity Gospel. 13 tracks, just under an hour of music, and the cast list contains some very well known names - Lashun Pace, Dottie Peoples, Lisa McClendon, Maurette Brown-Clark, Mary Mary, Vickie Winans, Shirley Caesar - and what these sistas don't know about singin' up a righteous storm ain't worth knowing. Lashun Pace kicks off in fine style with "Glad About It", Dottie Peoples carries on the good work with "He'll Give You Everything", and the rest of the album is equally good - even the blue-eyed blonde-haired Martha Munizzi gives it plenty of passion. Hardcore gospel fans will already have many of the source albums from which these tracks were lifted, but if you'd like to explore what it takes to be a gospel diva, then this enjoyable collection will give you a pretty good idea.
