A compilation of 20 tracks pulled from the vast Kingsway Music worship archive offered to Joe Public at only £10.99. Kingsway's excellent resourcing of worship continues with every song coming from The Songs Of Fellowship combined words edition, ("probably the finest and most comprehensive collection of hymns and renewal songs in the world"). I'd probably drink to that. The trouble, however, is that I'm still drunk on all those other compilation CDs, many of which contain tracks also featured on this CD. However, if you were worshipping on planet Hymnsancient since the pipe organ blew a bellows, you would find this CD an excellent introduction to worship music 1989-97. A highlight for me is Wayne Drain's new light through the hymn window of "Be Thou My Vision".
