This is a phenomenal idea! Bring together a selection of hugely talented female British gospel singers and let them loose on a fresh selection of songs. The result is incredible! From the soulful pop praise of Lizzie Deane's "Worthy King" to the more straightforward gospel of Lois Kirby's "Gotta Tell Somebody", this is packed with goodies. Highlights for me are when it gets into the funky R&B territory. So there's Beverley Thomas's "Celebrate", the impossibly good interpretation of Stevie Wonder's "Have A Talk With God" by Lizzie Deane and the closing "Incredible" by Yana Johnson. Basically this is superb throughout and there's even a guest appearance by Jocelyn Brown who contributes the gospel ballad "I Will Wait". If you love British R&B, British gospel or amazing female vocalists, you really do need to treat yourself to this gem.
