This three-CD box set follows on from the highly successful 'Best Worship Songs...Ever!' and 'More...Best Worship Songs Ever!'. As so often happens when record companies stumble across a winning formulae the effect is dissipated as more volumes are added to the series. "Best worship songs" meant something when, as happened on the first two albums, the songs selected were more-or-less chosen because of their popularity in the UK's churches. But now this series is beginning to degenerate into a mish-mash - some songs of proven local church popularity but others clearly there as a means of promoting them. Be that as it may, there are still some gems here, like Delirious?' "Here I Am (Majesty)", Hillsong United's "To The Ends Of The Earth", Brenton Brown's "Everlasting God" and David Crowder Band's "O Praise Him". And it's good to see there are still a smattering of original recordings like Steve Garrett's attractive rendition of Chris Bowater's "Not To Us O Lord". But overall, this triple CD simply isn't as good as the early volumes.
