Here are another two books of excellent praise and worship songs that are likely to be in current use in a lot of churches. As the series titles portray, songs written by British artists feature in the British Collection and those from over the pond in the American Collection. These spiral bound volumes sit well on your music stand and are helpfully presented. On the whole, each song sits on a double page so that no page turning is required during a song. The piano accompaniment is straightforward and songs are written in singable keys - that are not too high nor too low! Guitar accompaniment is clearly presented, sometimes with alternative chords for capo use. The songs are in alphabetical order according to first line and there is an index of first lines and titles at the back of the book.
