Some would argue that the true value of an album is its ability to be played at a future date and still be pleasing to the ear. This is very much a personal thing and no doubt ‘The Power Of Praise: Faith’ will mean different things to different people. Compiled from previously released tracks and produced by award winning and legendary gospel producers Fred Hammond and Steven Ford the album is filled with various inspirational songs ranging from the popular “Firm Foundation” and “The Battle Is The Lord’s” to the lively “We Are Marching”. They have each given their own urban feel and is without doubt an enjoyable release. If you never managed to get hold of the original albums this is certainly one for your collection – it’s excellent value for money at only £9.99.
