Take one of the most important and inventive Christian-orientated movies. Add the creme de la creme of America's gospel and CCM scene who've written songs "inspired" by the movie. Mix with the world's top producers and studio musicians. What do you get? As classy and inventive a various artists album as you will hear this year. The bulk of the tracks are on the R&B tip with "As Long As You're With Me" by Trin-I-Tee 5:7, "Let My People Go" by Kirk Franklin, "I Will Get There" by Boyz II Men and "Destiny" by Take 6 are all top quality while CCM buffs will enjoy the cuts by dc Talk, Jars Of Clay and Carman. Whether or not you intend seeing the movie (and I recommend you do) you should investigate this high quality album.
