The Survivor Songbook, compiled by Les Moir and Matt Redman, compiles an extensive list of the very latest worship songs from the likes of Redman, Smith, Hughes, Oakley, Layzel and others. There are 200 songs with lyrics and chords; diagrams of the guitar chords are given at the top of each song. Most songs are copyright late '90s with just a smattering pre-dating this. All the familiar Soul Survivor worship songs feature in the book. If you're not a guitarist, an accompanying free CD-Rom contains musical score for piano of all the songs, plus acetate masters which can be printed depending on the license held. Important notes on the use of the CD-Rom are contained at the beginning of the book and should be read carefully. As all songs are stored on one file, it is made far more difficult to access the song you are after (especially if one is not a windows user). It was a very slow process to download the score; usually it required two or more pages for each song.
