This triple disc compilation of 45 worship songs from the past 30 or so years (as well as a few from the 1800s) have been penned by some of the best known and loved worship songwriters in recent history, including Noel Richards, Dave Bilbrough, Chris Bowater and Dave Fellingham. 'The Worship Library: Volume One' features well known hits like "Let There Be Love Shared Among Us", "I Stand Amazed" and "Lord You Have My Heart" and will appeal to anyone who wants to enjoy re-listening to favourite worship songs from the '70s, '80s and early '90s or wants an economic way of assembling a worship song library (though, be warned, many of these recordings have appeared on previous Kingsway compilations). There are some beautiful worship songs included here, but the whole flavour of the collection is old-fashioned and I personally feel Kingsway should stop this endless recycling of their back catalogue.
