Despite the title, most of these cuts stem from 2001 with one or two - Kirk Franklin Presents 1NC's Latin celebration "Unconditional" (2000) and CeCe Winans' Fred Hammond produced "King Of Kings (He's A Wonder)' (1999) - even further back. But then, here are one or two new-to-the-ears cuts with one from the wondrously named Smokie Norful and the Verity debut for gospel star Deitrick Haddon, not yet in the shops. As usual, disc one is funkily contemporary, disc two trad black church. As a snap shot of what is happening in gospel music - or at least the gospel music released by the dollar heavy corporations - this is pretty good and like the previous four WoW compilations, will shift a lot of units.
