So you've been enjoying the 'Wow' series on CD but now you feel like you've been missing something. What you want is to actually see your favourites. Ah, well just in time here comes a 'Wow' series DVD. And indeed as it indicates on the sleeve it does have those artists that it really ought to have to represent what is going on, especially chartwise (Third Day, Audio Adrenaline, Grits and so on). The videos go all the way from more standard "band sings to camera types" to fully storylined little films and every point in between including three very good live performances. The starting point has to be that, hey wait a minute, these are every bit as good as anything you might see on TOTP, just as they should be. Putting aside my own preferences for any particular band, my favourite visual moments are Stacie Orrico's metamorphosing her way through "More To Life", the massive amounts of masonry falling on Pillar during "Bring Me Down" (dislodged no doubt by their sheer volume) and the humour displayed by KJ-52 "KJ Five Two".
