Reviewed by Ian Hayter There are good compilations and there are bad compilations. This is great compilation - over 30 tracks of great music, anointed worship and splendid performances. There's a good mix of studio and live tracks, of up-beat and reflective songs, of US and UK (and Antipodean) artists, of well-known and less familiar material. Some of the songs are sung by their writers/composers and some are given new treatment by other groups and solo performers. Disc One begins with "Famous One" by Chris Tomlin and includes offerings by Bebo Norman (Kendrick's "Amazing Love"), Jaci Velasquez ("Sanctuary"), Matt Redman & Tim Hughes (the former's "Once Again"), Twila Paris ("We Will Glorify") and Casting Crowns ("Beautiful Saviour", one of two bonus tracks on this disc). With the exception of a rather unwise medley by Amy Grant, there's not a duff track to be found. And Disc Two just continues the goodies. There you'll find Delirious? ("Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble?"), Sonciflood's version of "Lord I Lift Your Name On High" featuring Jeff Deyo, a bit of Randy Travis new country ("Open The Eyes Of My Heart") and even the late, great Keith Green singing his wife's "There Is A Redeemer". You may well have heard much of this before, but to find it all together in one package is a delight. I could even put up with Salvador's sloppy mixing of 'Thou's and 'You's on "As The Deer", the performance was so good. Listening to this raised my spirit and I really felt I was worshipping along with them.
