For those who have not caught this American catch phrase, WWJD stands for What Would Jesus Do? and it now appears on clothing, posters and even has its own web site on the Internet (www.whatwouldjesusdo.com). This album takes that concept a little further by being a compilation of songs that have a theme of What Would Jesus Do. The bands tend to be the trendier American ones from Big Tent Revival through Audio Adrenalin to Steven Curtis Chapman and Rebecca St James. There are no really weak tracks and all focus on how faith in God and trust in Jesus can have a real and positive effect in this world. To aid this all the song lyrics are printed along with notes by the band on why they wrote the songs and what they mean. If you are looking for an introduction to some really cool American bands or some good solid music with a strong spiritual input, this compilation is for you.
