Intimidated, confused and frankly bored by the hundreds of bewildering worship titles available? This is the album for you. 'Worship Together Platinum' is something of a greatest hits of worship. "Breathe", "I Want To Know You", "It Is You", "Lord Reign In Me", "Blessed Be Your Name", "Forever", "The Happy Song", "Every Move I Make", etc; the track listing alone is enough to make a review unnecessary, except to say that the versions here are fresh with the mix of CCM artists and worship leaders keeping it dynamic. The performers include such heavyweights as Rebecca St James, Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, Newsboys, Delirious? and Tree63, and that combination with the choice of songs will endear this album to the worship aficionado as well as the novice. The companion DVD is also inspiring, though one does wish after awhile that the other six videos might have taken their lead from the excellent Newsboys video, "He Reigns" and developed beyond the live-performance and audience with hands in the air format, just for the sake of variety. But despite that, this is a package definitely worth having.
