Comment:	Rex and the band are really really talented and go way beyond 'average on the quality meter'. I think you'll find that if you were to listen to it properly it would break the quality meter. The quality meter just couldnt go high enough where Rex Allchurchs album is concerned. Rex Allchurch and the band are not average, they're exceptional. They mean what they sing and it could help anyone to come into the presence of God.
