Comment:	As a members of BUECU from 1947 - 1952, and hitherto proud to acknowledge our alma mater, we feel sad that the Students Union now sees itself, apparently, as the 'liberal' guardian of a new orthodoxy that cannot tolerated diversity. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others" (Orwell).
