Comment:	I went to His Funeral here in Oakland. FULLER FUNERALS handled the arrangements for Him and it was a great funeral over 1700 people came. Bishop Louis H. Narcisse is Buried at ROLLING HILLS CEMETERY In Richmond Ca. He is entombed in an UNMARKED crypt. I did see a crown on his head and the staff on the casket with him. Im sure it was worth over 15k. but yes it was 4 hour funeral. I hope i go like he did.
