Comment:	It's good to see the excellent Rob Halligan in your top 20. "The Best Thing Thats Happened" is quite possibly 2009's best kept secret. Rob deserves a place in the album collection of everybody who enjoys not only great songs but visceral and thought-provoking lyrics.
