Comment: Lord Phillips has been bias against litigants in Person. The Corroners and Justice Act 2009 which is a Parliament Act- This does override and superseded the Judgment given by Lord Phillips. The DPP who is carrying out a research after the House of Lords Judgment, He should stop making further inquiries as He should comply with the Corroners and Justice Act 2009. Some of the Judges who have been appointed on the recomendation of Lord Phillips should be disqualified from hearing any Case or Complaint against Lord Phillips as it is more appropriate that the matters should be decided outside the United Kingdom in Luxembourg or Strasbourg. The Judgment given by Lord Phillips and any United Kingdom Court in the United Kingdom should only apply here in the United Kingdom, and Europe but it should not be binding on any other Independent Republican Commonwealth Country as they are Independent from Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth the Second Government of the United Kingdom. I thank you in advance
