Comment:	Very good comments Glenn. One thing that has to be considered.. no one holds a gun to the head of an artist and tells them to "sign the deal or die." Both sides, industry and artist have their shortcomings. I come into contact with many independent artists as president of http://www.indieheaven.com Many of our members have their hearts on straight. They understand what ministry is and strive to walk out their music mission in humility. However, I come across other indie artists who would sell their souls to be famous. And that saddens me, that they have brought into the lie that bigger is better. In most cases, it isn't. So, I do my best to save these artists from Indie Hell, educate them on what servanthood is all about, and be their friend! keep up the excellent faith work there in Chicago, Glenn!
