Comment:	The rise or over production does not meet the Islamic requirement. Most of the meat is pre-stunned thus conforming to argued but not conclusive welfare standards. The prayer is not always said. Muslim and non-muslims don't want this so called meat that appearing widely, Muslims don't even know and wouldn't eat it anyway. By the way Kosher is even more widely sold and has been since when ever it's been around as the hind quarters go into the food chain. I don't see any petition being created to put a stop to that. And that is 100% kosher. Meat labelled halal is not even halal. Please get some hard facts instead of misleading people. I was expecting more from Christian organisations, no suprise then when there's a decline in those that choose to practise Christianity. Do you really think that scare stories like this that Muslims are the ones that want this are to blame. Well they are not it's the GREEDY BUSINESS owners out to get anyones money, maximum productivity and profit of course. I for one want all slaughter method labelled, we all have a right to know as consumers, be they Muslim, Christian, non-believers etc. May God be with you.
