Comment: 4 years after his solo cd, singer/songwriter Steve Wiggins becomes part of a fantastic ccm band! The first song I heard, was the video version for "Two Sets of Jones'"; I love the chorus harmony vocals. I really like this song and how it is conveyed in video format. There is nothing that is so unpleasant about this song, despite negative reviews. The late Dana Key (of Degarmo & Key) had a hand in writing "Thief in the Night" which starts off the songset. This is great ccm, and a song that is for the HERE AND NOW! Dana Key also plays electric guitar & sings bgv's;no doubt on this song! I just love "Somethin' Bout JESUS"; TOP CCM quality & lyrics. Steve Wiggins' songwriting abilities shine through on this release; all but one written by Luther Ingram & Mack Rice in 1971 entitled "Respect Yourself". Nice cover of the song guys; great bgv's for the song! Great guitar licks on the song "JESUS Is Your Friend". I like the simplicity of "Faith of a Little Seed". Steve has some nice powered vocals to deliver these songs rightfully! I really like the story of "The Ballad of Arlis Richards" which is the last # on the list. Great tape/cd to have. GOD Bless! -Don ps. What are these guys up to now? ANYONE KNOW! (10 years! nothing new heard)
