Comment:	Furthermore- any legislation that seeks anything "beyond" freedom, (our freedom of choice, freedom of speech and the right to safety) - is defunct. Sometimes people don't feel safe and sometimes life isn't safe, the law can only provide that people that really compromise freedom and safety are prosecuted. It cannot and should not legislate simply to make someone FEEL safe. It cannot enforce freedom, it can only preserve it. The government should remember that.
