Comment: Long time musicial genius, continually presses on. What a profound and perfect title concept for this generation:a most treasured 20 track keepsake released in late July. The beauty heard at the first piano bars by the fingers of 56 year old talented Kurt, continues throughout. I love the inner liner notes, quotes of well known poets. We too travel as a river, encountering all kinds of weather until we meet the gates of Heaven: Similar to the metaphore of "Riversong" . To gain any perspective of this cd, one must find a quiet place and breathe in GOD, Who echoes from start to finish. Kurt's brilliant arrangements of well known classics feed the listening ear, the river flows gently to the heart and draws man closer to GOD. Well known vocalist Lisa Glasgow is heard on the ancient Fanny J. Crosby hymn "Close To Thee". "Bring Back The Springtime" echoes softly during this cold February day; oh how welcome the springtime. "Twilight/Evening Prayer" was the perfect closer. Thank you Kurt for drawing us back to the "lost art of listening" GOD Bless! -Don
