Comment:	This is encouraging to read, but I think Kingsway is actually holding back the development of new sounds in worship and does little to encourage new talent if it does not fit the Delerious/Soul Survivor/Hill Song/Jesus Culture mould. Is it really a good thing that you find yourself singing the same songs werever you go in the world. The list of 'successful' worship leaders is too short. It's time to invest in the grassroots and help cultures around the world discover their own sound. It won't sell many CDs but it will be authentic!
