Comment:	I am trying to find out the name of a singer who was on BBC radio in the 50s. I think he was black, he had a deep voice whic I loved. From the age of 5 I think, my Mother used to allow me to stay up to listed to the show. It would probably have been on a Friday night. I have searched the internet and cant find any name that rings a bell.
