Comment: Like a number of other people telling their story here, I heard JD Lawtum at the small church on Camp King Army post in Oberursel, W. Germany (at the time) in the late 1980s. I bought both of his CDs (Song in the Night & Highway). I have since ripped them to MP3s so I could listen to them on my computer, my phone, & my tablet. I found the songs timeless and I never grow tired of listening to them (playing Song in the Night right now). Truly a talented artist!
