Andy hunter is probably the pioneer for us, however there are more who walk by faith, but don't really promote it publically. Several CCM artist have contacting DJs in order to re-mix their songs. Avalon has a really good remix CD out, also check out Catherdral of Sound. All this said, Andy hunter is really a master at the craft.

Hi I am interested in Christian trance praise and worship, could someone recommend techno/trance artist that writes good electronic praise and worship. The closest I have found so far is E-Praise by Ultrabeat but that was more a case of adding a techno/trance beat to existing choruses. I want to start a Techno style of church and therefore need help locating suitable music for the "services". Also can you let me know if such artists exist how I can order it from Australia.

well, idk if you know of tooth and nail records, but they're an indie label that signs a lot of today's top christian bands, and there's a guy called joy electric, but he's more like techno than dance, but either way he's good.

I do not know about these guys, but I know of at least one true Christian dance artist. Andy Hunter is his name. He is more to the eltronica, techno side of things though but you can check him out.

HELP...New to christian trance music. Is this really christian based? Born again artists? Very much into trance sound but don't trust most artists claiming to be born again. Tired of wasting money buying CD's then snapping them when the true spirit of their music is exposed. Can you help?...

I know what you mean. Trance is demonic. It's hard to find good Christian trance because trance in its essence is designed to send you into a overload trance. One drum line... splits to two .... adds another element... 1 to 2 to 4 to 8..... it puts your mind into a trance, thats why its relaxing, and probably addicting. There are psychodelic schools .. highly demonic that RECOMMEND trance to put yourself into a trance. It's a high warning.

I dont know about you guys but I also want some Christian Trance to jam to! But like hiskid we dont want and need no posers or sheeps in wolves clothing we need some true born again Trance, tech artists know what I mean? and I heard andy hunter may be coming out with new album called Colour and is involved with expelledthemovie.

hiskid,

I just wanted to praise you for your spiritual integrity! I see eye to eye with you on this issue. I love the trance sound, but too often the messages are destructive. I have snapped many CD's recently to rid myself of harmful music. I can't answer your question about born again artists, sorry. The only Christian trance song I have is a remix of "Stand Up" by Carman. You can download it legally from Walmart.com. Another group I tried was called Code of Ethics. I didn't think the CD was very good. It was dark sounding. May God bless you as you search for morally sound music.

Get a subscription music service like Rhapsody, which is about 27 dollars every three months to listen to as many songs as you want. Just explore. What I do is type "christian trance" into Google, then search around - when I find a list of artists I go and listen to their music on Rhapsody. Great Christian musicians make great Christian music. They're out there and it is our good pleasure to find them and share them with others for the glorification of the Body of Christ. When you have that collection of life emitting artists, and you share it with others, revolutions occur.
