I have been a fan of Vickie for 10yrs and this is the best article that ive ever read! To all that have never met vickie....when u do u wont be disappointed! She is very real and she is like that behind closed doors also , even when the SAINTS aint around!

hi, i just want you to know that i am a 40 year old women i love god and i love too sing. i feel like i am someboby when i sing and chruch and out off chruch. my dream was to be a artist , but i feel like it will never come true. thank you for your story, i wish i can tell someone what i been throught out of life. i pray you can understand me . i cannot spell that good ,but i do my best.thank, you and god bless you i love you so much.my hreat is so heavy i pray that god will let you feel my pain,but i love to sing i wrote my on songs. i love you vickie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome article and quite informative. I had no idea that Vickie and Marvin were divorced until I saw her new married name on her mother's obituary! At any rate, her music is a blessing and I thank God that she has continued to press towards the mark-despite the bumps & bruises!

I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. I WAS WONDERING IF YOU WOULD SEND ME A COPY OF YOUR MOM'S OBITUARY. MY MOTHER WANTED IT SOMEONE SENT ME AN E-MAIL OF IT BUT I LOST IT SOME HOW. I DIDNT NO YOUR MOTHER BUT SHE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL. YOU LOOK JUST LIKE HER TO ME. I THOUGHT AT FIRST IT WAS YOU ON THE PICTURES.

Vickie Winans is a queen, and i love her musuc so much. When i saw that she came out with the new CD i ran out to the store to get it and (oh lord help me!!) just by talking about a queen like Vickie Winins is making me happy!. I love her music so much, i just wish i could meet her it would really make my day.

Vickie is a phenomenal, powerful, humble spirited woman that truly seeks to bring glory to God. When she sings the Anointing falls fresh which is difinitely what singing for the Lord Jesus Christ is truly all about. She is a woman that has truly been broken and remolded by our Heavenly Father.
