Dear Kevin,

I first heard of you when I was only 7 or 8 years old. My mom to me to a church service and you were performing. We bought the album, True Stories, and I have beeing singing the songs ever since. (I'm now 40). I didn't receive Christ until 7 or 8 years later when I was 15, now I am pastoring a church where I have serve the last 16 years. Your songs came up as I was in the shower, so I thought I wonder if I can find Kevin Gould on the Internet, and here you are....wish True Stories was available on CD....all I have are memories of the tunes and words. Would love to hear it again. Thank you for serving the Lord and for impacting my life for Christ.

Today has been my first visit to the Cross Rhythms website. I was very happy to read about Kevin Gould because few albums have affected me like Clear Vision. All Christians should have a listen to it.
My wife and I saw him at the Cross Bar youth club in South Shields in the North of England when our oldest daughter (30 this year), was still in nappies.
His ministry in song and conversation in between was edifing and uplifting. Talking to him I found him to be a very sincere person and I am truly happy that he is doing well.
Kevin, I know we will meet again one day.

Take Care

John

It was wonderful to hear what has become of Kevin. I spent a week with him his wife and little daughter in the mid 70's, at Alma Hall in north wales run by Bill Hampson. I loved his music and bought the album. Behind that was a a very thoughtful man who really wanted to use his music for god. I remember his wife was sad about him being away so much. I am so happy to hear what he is doiing now and to see his picture. Thank you.

Like Kevin, I too was born in number 36 Duffryn Street
in Pontlottyn, and am a tenor soloist having sung in
Opera, Operetta and Oratorio, and I have sung in
many churches in and around Vancouver.

Hi Bob....Thank you for the kind words. What wonderful memories I have of my time in Iowa. It's been so long since I was there. I'd love to come back again some time. The Lord bless you and your family brother.

Kevin was a guest in our home and visited our area churches proclaiming the Love of Jesus for everyone.
His songs and stories about how we humans are like sheep needing a shepherd really made an impression
with me. Christ is that shepherd! This was probably 1980 or 1981. Many christians cross our paths during our life's journey and we know we'll see them again.

Great article about Kevin's Christ-led life. My wife and I were members of Clover Pass Church for many years before leaving for Washington to be nearer our children/grand children. Have visited in Ketchikan a couple times on our way to visit another son who is a trooper in Wasilla, Alaska
