I rememember the time when Friends First gave a concert in Cape Town after Christians held hands right across the peninsula to pray for you he peace of Africa. And, the answers to payer in that year. Mini revivals in churches in Cape Town. I bought your records, but gave them away when we were called here to the UK. I would very much appreciate it if you could send me the original 'Lament' song. I came across it in you tube, and it has encouraged to pray for revival.

Wonderful memories of the late-eighties in Durban, where this sheltered white guy got to see something of the breadth of His church!
Nkosinathi - you must be the guy who stayed with us in Delbeth Court on a visit to Glenridge. I remember some good soccer too....

I have to say wholeheartedly I believe that shiva is a very gifted individual and gentility his second nature. I have received the most rewarding and spiritual experience whilst conversing with him on the telephone. I heard and saw an angel in my minds-eye it was so overwhelming. I knew at that moment finally my difficulties were over. He deserves recognition for his powers and talents as a beautiful individual who brings spirit close to those in need. I have been touched deeply; nothing has come as close to me before. I am in total awe and have a great deal of respect. Thank you shiva for reuniting me with my estranged husband Rita

I'm wondering if there's any way of connecting with Malcolm presently.

I have written the lyrics for a production called "Moses & the Pyrotecnic Bush" (written with Joseph in mind) but deperately need someone to put them to music. I approached Richard Loring who liked it but at the moment is too busy to take it further. I would love to have it put to African rythms and take it to all the schools etc to introduce them to Moses and Gods great love & power. Can you help me?

Hello
My husband Gideon and I knew Malcolm in the eighties and early nineties in SA and have since lived in Canada and the USA. We would love to connect with Malcolm again. You are welcome to give him my email address. Both of us are also on FB. (I did not see Malcolm there.)
Thank you!

Malcom,
It was by divine appointment to read this profile about you, your vision and formation of Friends First. I wish to say more but I'm not sure if you'll receive this note. Please respond to my email as I have other critical concerns I wish to discuss about the current state of Church. I also wish to have a copy of your album since mine was borrowed and never returned. I've been finding my spirit travailing through those words of one o your songs "Let the fountains of Your mercies, cascade above our nations, cause the oceans of forgiveness to swell within our hearts, And in every situation, instead of anger and revenge, unlock the doors to Your compassion and astound us with Your grace" This was a powerful intercessory song and its still demanded in South African atmosphere. Hope to hear from you soon.
