As someone who has never seen or heard anything about this band I went to their site to listen to the samplers and I'm sorry to tell you this Mr Reviewer but you've got it wrong. The songs sound great and nothing like anything else I've heard in a long time from a "Christian Band" Can't wait for the album.

in all fairness, i found that i listened to the songs once, and they were all stuck in my head, going round for days and days...and the best bit...i didnt get annoyed with them, why...because they're quality original tracks!

Listening to the samples on the Electralyte web site I'd have to agree with the review. The production is impressive with a great crisp, bright sound but the hooks just aren't catchy enough to stand out from the crowd.

I disagree with this review, I think the songs are incredibly well written and better than most of what's out there.

No originality, tracks not memorable.................. soooooo harsh. Spend some time with the boys live and listen to the album when it comes out, I think you'll change your mind.

I've been privaleged to see Elevtralyte play live on a number of occasions and each time, their performance is full of energy, passion and humility. Their music, lyrics and fab rhythms catch my breath. I know that there are many people eagerly awaiting the release of their debut album which is cominmg out very soon. I'm sure this is going to be one of the most orignial presentations to the christian music scene that I have heard!! You've just got to listen.........

As a fan of electralyte and a consumer of the said EP I am writing to say how utterly boring I found these comments to be. Their music is the most original, breathtaking and inpsiring music I have heard coming from the Chritian scene in a long time.

If this is truly your honest opinion then OK, you are entitled to state personal pref. but to state that they lack originality! If by that you mean they use a Drum Kit and 2 guitars then maybe they are guilty as charged. Sadly The 600 character limit on this comment doesn't permit me going deeper on this subject and it's poor assessment.

These guys are nothing like anything else signed to ICC mostly because they're not like anything else at all. It's very original stuff and this EP isn't a true representation of the forthcoming album from what I've seen live. Talking of which, you need to see these guys live...they're proper musicians and you'll totally understand what they're about once you do the 'Electralyte experience'.

I'm sorry, but exactly which C.D. were you listening to when you wrote this review? I'm almost certain that it wasn't the real Electralyte, who are doing something fresh and entirely 'hooky'. I am sure that any forthcoming release will prove their quality, as eager music fans queue up in droves to purchase it from their local music emporium.
