LCGC, Raymond & Co, Priscilla Jones and many more for London event

A TWO DAY event, A Celebration Of Gospel Music (CGM), will take place in London on 6th and 7th October. The event at Hackney's premier live music venue Ocean will feature the Rev Basil Meade with the London Community Gospel Choir, the Visual Ministry Celebration Choir, David Daniels and the PCF Choir, Jennifer Philips, Priscilla Jones, Raymond & Co, Nicky Brown, Ruach Mass Choir, Roger Samuels, Dwayne Tryumf, New Direction Crew and Hildia Campbell whose trio Voices With Soul reached the final stages of TV's X Factor in 2004. Said founder of CGM Junior Spence, "The CGM will be an annual event in which Gospel musicians, singers, songwriters, producers, promoters, publishers, writers and even the general public can find resources of information, education, empowerment and networking opportunities to perpetuate the great heritage of gospel in the UK".
