[Careless] singer James Liskutin announces an album release after being diagnosed with cancer.

FOUNDER AND lead singer of the rock band [Careless], James Liskutin, has announced the release of their first album 'Life's A Beach' this March. James, otherwise known as Jamie Careless, was diagnosed with bowel cancer in May 2004 and again in November 2004. Despite having half his bowel removed the singer played mainstage Greenbelt in 2004 and has been recording the album, due to be distributed internationally through several distributors and internet download sites. The singer said, "I am now recovering after the tumour was successfully removed, and with the right hand of [Careless] the new wave is to return. [Careless] will be releasing the first album in March and I will also be taking the band on several micro tours." CR
